Quenchr is an AI-powered drink recommendation tool. It uses large language models (currently Google Gemini) to analyse your meal, context, and preferences and suggest suitable beverages. Recommendations are generated automatically and may not always be accurate, available, or appropriate for your circumstances.

You must be of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction to use Quenchr. By using the Service you confirm that you meet the age requirements applicable in your country or region.

Drink recommendations are produced by AI and are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice. Quenchr makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any recommendation. Always verify product availability, check ingredient labels for allergens, and drink responsibly.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and code comprising the Service are owned by Quenchr or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

You retain ownership of any content you upload (meal photos, menu images). By uploading content you grant Quenchr a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content solely to deliver the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quenchr and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury resulting from acting on AI recommendations.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
